In 1979, Sandy and Erlene Krigel established Krigel & Krigel, P.C., in Kansas City. Since that time, we have helped countless residents suffering from the stress and trauma of financial problems. Erlene Krigel is the first woman appointed as a Western District of Missouri Chapter 7 Bankruptcy trustee. Every year, she is appointed to an average of 800 bankruptcy cases.
Attorney Carol Katzer is an active member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and has her Missouri and Kansas licenses to practice in United States bankruptcy courts.
Dana Wilders practices in bankruptcy and is admitted in Missouri, Illinois and the United States District Courts of the Western District of Missouri and the District of Kansas.
Kelsey Patterson Nazar has practiced with the bankruptcy section of Krigel & Krigel, P.C., since 2008. She is admitted in Missouri and Kansas as well as the United States District Courts of Kansas and the Western District of Missouri.
