In addition, she has been appointed to an average of 800 bankruptcy cases annually. She is one of few attorneys in the Kansas City area who handles small business Chapter 11 cases. Erlene is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. She is also admitted to practice in Missouri and Kansas United States Bankruptcy Courts.
